Yes, anyone have any thoughts about this building, it's location, noise.. is it a problem because there are so many small apartments/

I looked at a few apts. in this building in the last 6 months. Tried to make an offer on a one small one-bedroom but was too late. Most apts. are very tiny but a few corner apts. including a penthouse that sold last year are very nice. Told that financials were very strong. Love the location. Prices per foot are quite high. Not sure about noise but windows are pretty soundproof. I am guessing that because it's a bit of a unique building with high ppf and many small apts. that are not very attractive, units take a long time to sell.

I remember when the building's financial were not so great and studios were selling for under $20,000.
