Discussion about 426 Atlantic Avenue in Boerum Hill
The apartments are very dated. Beware of the owner/landlord - he does not like to return security deposits. Do your homework before giving him your money.

I agree. The landlord is a slumlord. And he WILL keep your security.

Could I suggest that before agreeing with yourself online that you come back under a different posting name? Like New2426 or MultiApartment426Renter or KingsC0unty.

The owner of this building is a dishonest slum lord. He will keep your security deposit and fix everything on his own which in turn won’t fix anything. He will also blame you for the bad fixes HE does and then say you ruined the apartment. BEWARE!!
