Discussion about Bowery Place I at 11 East First Street in East Village
any tenants have thoughts on living in this building? noise, bedbugs, etc., complaints, or all good?

Unfortunately the building isn't properly maintained.. roach, water bug and rodent issues here. We find them coming up from the bathroom tub and sink drains. I'm currently looking to move and felt it was necessary to share my experience with anyone looking to possibly rent here. It's an expensive mistake.
