Discussion about 515 EAST 72 at 515 East 72nd Street in Lenox Hill

Thinking of renting a 2 bedroom. What are the thoughts of anyone who has lived there... The rent is high but are the amenities as nice as they seem. I would need to garage my car there as well.

Use any any broker with the exception of Bruce Silverman! There were multiple problems in our unit and he kept finding excuses how a fridge just stopped working numerous times, a faulty AC unit that overflowed into our bedroom and on and on. The landlord lived overseas and Bruce was totally useless. They ended up keeping our security due to a minor scratch on the living room floor. He is totally unethical and there are excellent salespeople in the building
