just looked at apt 6s today. What an outrageous overpricing. Tiny apt in marginal part of ft greene for more then $1200 a square foot? Give me a break!

is that really the view from the apartment? that's pretty nice then.....but yeh I've noticed what was $600k last year has taken a hell of a bump.
