The Corinthian - construction noise everywhere

The building is improving, but that is a bad thing as far as you are concerned?
And is it the fault of the building that there are "outside building sites"?

as a tenant, I buy a service. If there is internal construction noise, this is a bad value for my money. Prospective tenants should be aware that due to a mass sale/ refurbishing of units, there is construction noise 80% of the days. I cannot be at home during working hours, I am practically kicked out of my apartment because of the noise. Bad value. If I was warned by a post like this one, I would have not rented here.

I understand the reason for your anger, but you just seem angry, not constructive.

I know the Corinthian for over 10 years and owned 4 units at one time. Three D lines and one C line.
There are rules and regulations that are strictly enforced by management. No construction before 9am and after 4 pm during week . There is no construction on weekends and holidays. Period.
During week, after 4pm it is extremely quiet. No noise. Weekends are perfectly quiet. Hope these facts help. Enjoy our lovely condo amenities and great staff.
