The Driggs North

Be wary those who are considering moving to this building. Not only is there the impending L train shutdown looming for 2019, there's already a ton of prework happening on Bedford and Driggs making the area one giantic construction zone. And there's several local favorites already moving towards the southern parts of Williamsburg. Also worth mentioning it that there's a full gut and rebuild going on in the adjacent building, which means you get the pleasures of construction workers yelling and hammering/jackhammering from 7 AM to 6 PM (this is the allowable time frame for construction by the city). Save your sanity and look elsewhere.
