Discussion about
I need a good lawyer for Durable power of attorney , living will, quit claim deed questions etc....I would like to transfer property to the family member but want to keep all rights to rent it , sell it , manage it etc....Any advise?

um, contact a WILLS TRUSTS AND ESTATE attorney. That's not what people mean with the term family law.
