building at 2647 Broadway

Some info in the listings is not true. There is no live-in super; he is here part-time. There is no laundry. Realtor told us it was months away from being installed. Then a year went by. Apartments are under market and turnover is high. We learned the hard way.

i would generally just stay away from this building. Elevator is slow its amazing it hasn't collapsed, There is no laundry in the building and our realtor told us it was months away also. Pests are out of control and have seen mice on every floor. Good luck getting in touch with the landlord with any questions had an issue that never got resolved.
