DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS APARTMENT IT IS FULL OF MICE. I hear mice scratching all night, they are all over the building. The Verizon antenna noise is annoying but not nearly as bad as the mice scratching.

Fieldschester i can only assume that you are working either for Verizon, the mgmt company of 344 or the other mgmt company that is getting paid by Verizon for the space. if you had to live with this disturbing noise every day for the past 6 months, you would not make wisecracks about my age......

Full of mice and roaches. Disgusting.

mice in walls, mice in laundry room, roaches, front doors that don't work, no online payment system / trying to charge you a late fee even though they don't have an online payment system and don't send out rent stubs ... can't wait to leave.
