Discussion about South Park Tower at 124 West 60th Street in Lincoln Square
And possibly worst of all, the residents are made of glued-together construction paper pieces.
Building has been under constant construction for a few years. There is at least one email per week from management about something not working: trash chutes, water, elevators. The elevators are the worst - they are constantly out and it takes forever to get one. They recently opened part of the rooftop (it had been shut down for over a year); then the gym was closed for while; and every day there is drilling and pounding. The lobby is under construction. The downside is that the "upgrades" aren't that nice. It's become unbearable.
I would not recommend this place. I do love my apartment but the construction noise ruins everything. It is horrific. And the leasing agents as well as the management must know some details (duration, when, etc.) but they will not tell the truth. Leonardo is actually a compulsive liar. I wonder if he has ever considered the damage he causes to people’s quality of life.
is there ongoing renovation of the apartments in this building?
