What is the pool like? Considering renting here. Is the rooftop open year round?
What is the guest policy for pool/rooftop?
How is management of the building? Do things get fixed fast in building/apartment?

This building has a lot of checkered past.

And just enter 425 east 13th in the discussions search field for other threads.

Its possible the building has cleaned up its act and if your just looking to rent, you dont need as much due dilligence.
