Is anyone renting one of the new units? How is the management company, super, apartment functioning so far? Considering a move to a 3 bedroom in the building. Thanks in advance!

Also interested in this building, but skeptical of constantly shifting prices... anyone had any experience with the building/mgmt?

Hi! Similar questions as the two above! How is management? I know their are renovated apartments but are there any issues with it being an older building? (I.e. pests, walls, etc.?)
