Discussion about
Tudor city looks like a great place to downsize. But I can't find much information. Are all the buildings one coop or each separate. How can one get info about this development and the coop(s) Thanks

Each building is a separate co-op, the way Lincoln Towers is.

Also, the pet policies vary from building to building, as well as the vibe. The apartments can feel small with low ceilings and quirky layouts, but it varies a lot. I've always liked the whole area. It's inconvenient there when there are big doings at the United Nations.

Except for 2 Tudor City Place all the buildings in the complex, including those on 41st, 42nd, and 43rd streets are prewar, with small apartments/rooms. 2 Tudor City Place, the postwar (1956) building has larger apartments and rooms .

Haven't studied exhaustively, but the maintenance levels at 2 Tudor City sometimes seems lower than at the prewar buildings in the complex.

It's an urban oasis to some , somewhat secluded and yet close enough to everything
