Discussion about Yorkshire Towers at 305 East 86th Street in Yorkville

We recently moved into this building and its been non stop construction.... Has anyone else been dealing with this and what rights do we have as tenet?

Construction on what? surrounding apartments, 2nd Ave Subway, building renovations to deal with 2nd Ave Subway?
