The guy getting sued is paying market rent -- $1950 -- and only moved in in June. Here's the listing: http://streeteasy.com/rental/1506291

The lease, etc., are on eCourts.

His old place was 342 W 71st. Wonder what he did to lose that.

I don't understand the troll's mathematical formula in the subject line, but presumably it equates to bedbugs don't spread diseases to human beings.
