Discussion about 8 Spruce at 8 Spruce Street in Fulton/Seaport

This landlord is clearly violating the law - as they are only offering concessions to NEW residents only, yet they advertise it for all credit worthy applications. I am submitting the Gehry Leasing team to the NYC dept of housing for this violation

Thank you for reporting them! I just moved out and am so happy to be out of there. Management was horrible and should be held accountable for their shady behavior.

It took them forever to return my security deposit minus over $300 for nonsense floor damage that maintenance said wasn't a problem. They held the deposit long past the 60 days in the contract, which itself is unacceptably long. I had to keep calling them to return it.

This building is the worst.

New law requires landlords to return security deposits within 14 days. It was to put a stop to this type of abuse.
