Discussion about
Hi, I'm thinking about using a broker to rent out my condo - apparently he uses this: https://www.blumberglegalforms.com/Forms/186.pdf However on StreetEasy I see people mentioning this: https://www.blumberglegalforms.com/Forms/101.pdf Which one should I be using? Also I saw that people referred to it as "Blumberg A 101" but I don't see the "A" anywhere - am I looking at the right form? Thanks

Use the lease form that meets the requirements of the condo association and has been reviewed and explained to you by your lawyer. That may or may not be one of the Blumberg forms.

The Condo Lease ads some specific protections for the Condo unit owner which are not contained in that first lease.

Make sure you cross-out the non-market and extreme provisions.
