Discussion about 20 West 53rd Street #46
Just look at the first photo! and 43% of the building is rental - I would never want to rent in a condo with so many renters.

By contrast, the rent on this $2m+ apartment is "make a decent offer".

That apartment is too low floor to be facing an avenue. Not worth the bother. Size is good but he laundry room takes a lot of space, maybe this is maid's quarters?
