Rental at 15 West 64th Street

Discussion about 15 West 64th Street #2D
While I was a tenant here, it was noisy at night due to the a buzzing sound from a nearby generator. The unit was renovated, but renovated poorly that caused water leakage with our heater. We had almost no sunlight come into the room as well, because the windows mostly faced a nearby wall.

Why so angry? You are not there any more. I am sure that the wall from the windows was visible when you rented it.

1 bed for 2500 in prime area!! Perhaps you need to rethink your expectations.
