This building was nice when it was first remodeled but poor management has let the common areas fall apart. Pictures are broken or hanging off walls in the hallways. Windows on the stairwell are covered in pigeon feces with duct tape over broken glass. There is no super on site and good luck getting a hold of the leasing or management office. Trash piles up and doesn't get taken out. Tenants store boxes in the hallways. Walls are all banged up with filthy carpeting. Radiators break and are super noisy. Management is completely unresponsive and don't care. You're better off with a building that has better management, avoid anything owned by New Holland Residences as they are basically high end slum lords.
