Rental at 344 East 63rd Street

This building is disgusting. Before you rent ask any tenant you see going in or out about the cleanliness. Infested with roaches and vermin. In May 2015 there was a sign up sheet in the elevators asking who had this problem and there 30+ tenants that signed. The new management puts less care into this problem but raised the rent to luxury buding prices. I used to have a decent rent but since the building was sold in 2016, the building has gone way down hill with rent being increased by over 10%! If you rent here, expect to have roaches and mice in your apartment. They are on the 17th floor and 7th floor, it doesn't matter. My wife also saw a rat in the basement last week. Buyer beware!
