They brag about paying 21M however the net lease is The Nolita Group rents them because their company was funded by Joseph Betesh. They do not provide heat, fix appliances, rats run the halls, they paint your windows shut in heat waves, do illegal conversions, and constant construction, pipes freeze, do not return security deposits, do not restore apts after their students burn down the building.
