It is good for the price. But fees are cray.

basically they offer a "good" rent to entice people in and then nickel and dime you in other areas to make up the money. I presume you are talking move in fees, pet fees, amenity fees...? You can ask for certain fees to be waived during negotiations. They may not do it but it's worth a try.

Thank you for that CCL3 - with no context all one can see is that they're basic no-fee luxury rentals.
