Discussion about The Sheffield at 322 West 57th Street in Hell's Kitchen
Have you seen other buildings with so many down arrows in "Active Sales"? Wondering how the rest of Manhattan is doing.

Manhattan is fine.
But we did reach a peak in late Q1 2015.

Lots of buildings with numerous down arrows. Here's another I just saw: http://streeteasy.com/building/303-east-33-street-new_york

Not as many because it's a smaller building, but it still paints a picture.
Of course when I point this out, I get accused of trying to "time the market." :)
