No gas for months at a time/illegal gas piping...no heat/AC....no hot water...we have laundry in the building but we can't even do it because we need a laundry card something management never gave us and then we finally buy one for 20 dollars turns our the machine is BROKEN!!! According to 311 inspector there's an entire fifth floor that shouldn't even be in this building Do you even know that this building doesn't have a certificate of occupancy...which means no birth certificate which means NO ONE is suppose to be living here!
But I'm sure these realtors tell this to ALL their clients..
Also I'm rent this for 2750....

Looks like the building also exceeds it's allowed FAR for R6A - max allowable is 2.43 yet the building is at 2.91. I think that buildings zoned as R6A is also supposed to supply parking for at least half the units...

@skrufi it appears the building was built in 1931. If an area gets down zoned after a building is built you don't have to demolish the part which becomes overbuilt with new zoning. Existing buildings are grandfathered in at their current FAR.

@30yrs - thanks for that - I suppose that applies to the parking requirement as well?
