This building is filled with NUT jobs - the worst of which is the super. For a year, I thought he was a homeless guy. It's like Melrose Place, but with hideous, unemployed, nasty people. This building is filled with NUT jobs - the worst of which is the super. For a year, I thought he was a homeless guy. It's like Melrose Place, but with hideous, unemployed, nasty people. The Super will pound on your door if he finds a paper receipt in your garbage - as it should have been recycled "AND HE'S GOING TO FINE YOU $500". He sits in a car in front of the building to watch you throw out garbage so he can jump out and go through it (and wear it if it's clothing). The tenants are insane and he's their leader. (One tenant told my movers he was going to fight them. I told them to go ahead as they were 4 times his size. This is just how nuts the building is.) When I moved in, the 'Super' said the movers left finger prints on the mirrored walls, so I had to polish 5 flights of walls my first day. When I moved out, I videoed how ghetto the building was so they couldn't say they movers did it. (They still haven't returned either my move in or or move out deposit - AND they required my movers insure their staff 41 blocks away in order to move OUT! Avoid unless you like a leaky, gossipy, stinky building with broken railings, a psycho super and neighbors with dogs that bark all the time. [less]
