Management at 520 West 50th Street

This is a well maintained building with a good reserve. The roof, facade as well as the hallways and stairs are recently renovated. This building is protective of the hall ways due to the renovation and require insurance from moving companies, this is common in co-ops. The building has outside garbage like many walk ups, fines up to $500 are levied when garbage and recycling are not in its place, so supper is diligent about the garbage. Like all co-ops fines are paid by the co-op and passed on to shareholders. The building works hard to keep costs down. Shareholders are encouraged to participate in the management of the building.
