Toren - Scaffolding

Discussion about Toren at 150 Myrtle Avenue in Downtown Brooklyn

Does anyone know the deal with the scaffolding at the Toren. I do not live in the building but I moved to the neighborhood 6 years ago. The scaffolding was down for a while but about 4 or five years ago they put it back up and it hasn't come down since. Any know why it is still up and if it is coming down any time soon?

The scaffolding will be removed once work on the windows is done sometime in 2017.
