Discussion about 377 South 1st Street in Williamsburg
Oct 2015–Jan 2016: no heat Mice 1st Flr: weed dealer 3rd Flr: cocaine(+) dealer 2 armed robberies in the building in the last 5 years Lockboxes on the railing with building keys that allow ease of access for dealers' business associates and new mgmt's short-term renters (travellers). Check public records for the over 75 other problems and violations of this building and new mgmt. Also on record are the number of litigation cases brought by new mgmt to evict the low-income tenants from their long-term homes.
