Fascinating how a new rental listing is posted just after another complaint against continuing Airbnb visitors is filed. If you're considering joining the building in Dec, make sure to note the hanging wires and debris in the hallways from the construction the owner is having done without a permit. Of course, it will be difficult to note any notices, since none are posted.
