This rental listing was posted just after another complaint against continuing Airbnb visitors was filed. If you are considering joining the building in Dec 2016 and have scheduled a viewing, make sure to note the hanging wires and debris in the hallways from the construction the owner is having done without a permit. Also note that there are no notices addressing the situation. A live-in super is listed as part of the building, but there is no live-in super. These negligences by the owner are only tips of larger ones.
