We have lived here since complex opened in early 2016. The landlord who seeks to hide his identity is simply terrible. we have had several problems that they simply say is not there problem, or ignore. in addition, although there is one Organization that owns all the rentals, 76 lefferts Place LLC, they defer to the board for many issues, such as security. it's just another way to create a run around an issue.
