Really rough building to live in. The super centrally controls heat and air and they AC does not work for much of the summer or the super will not turn it on. As a result, the building is hot, and all windows need to be open, which makes it extremely loud and dirty given its location. Lovely building otherwise, but miserable place to live. The super is also a really difficult "character" and a "close talker" with the ladies...
