Rental at 144 East 22nd Street - bed bug problem

I am the previous tenant of this unit. As of October 2016, there was a longstanding (~10 month) persistent bedbug problem emanating from the unit below. To my knowledge, at least 8 other units in the building have also had live bedbugs.
