Discussion about The Arthur at 245 West 25th Street in Chelsea
I missed all the construction and moved in after everything was finished, so do not have the same complaints as previous tenants. I have nothing but positive things to say though management is onerous in breakage of lease... other than that, was the BEST place I lived during my 10 years in NYC.
