Management at 123 West 81st Street

DO NOT move into a building managed by MCS!!! They illegally entered into my apartment and others in the building using keys on multiple occasions, refused to acknowledge or look into wrong doing in spite of police reports being fired, refuse to repair ceilings in multiple apartments in the building including that belonging to an elderly tenant, refused to remove trash from my hallway even after months of my contact them, have not properly repaired the heater in my apartment after two years of living there, and left a tub with exposed fiberglass as is in my apartment when I moved in. They are the worst management company I have ever encountered in New York.
