STAY AWAY - mice, fraud, horrible conditions.

Discussion about 1392 Third Avenue in Upper East Side
This place is run by a slum lord. In the 15 or so months of living here, we killed 11 mice. We were without hot water 5 times. We moved out several months ago and the landlord hasn't mailed our deposit. He either says it is going out in the mail or he doesn't respond. When I would ask the super to help with things (since the landlord is so unresponsive), he would say that the landlord hasn't paid him in months and he can't help us. Seriously, this place is disgusting and ridiculous. And the realtor he uses is a huge fraud too.

AGREED- almost 6 months and no security deposit despite several efforts made. I killed about the same amount of mice and a few roaches.
