Discussion about 19 West 89th Street in Upper West Side
beware of falling objects! this building is so old and run down things like water pipes explode and ceilings fall in. the management are crooks. the owner is totally hands off. you are completely on your own. the super is off-site and usually relatives of the management, don't speak English and do virtually nothing. In the end while you are living on the most beautiful block, close the Park and think it's a score, you're in the hands of thieves.
