In general, are the pics on this site real?

There are so many corners of the market, but here's my impression:
Sales: Almost always real pics for resale listings, often stock photos for new developments. You can tell right away when the floorplan does not match the picture or the picture is of what is obviously a living room and you are looking at a studio.
Rentals: Small building listings from brokers, in my experience, have very accurate pictures or else write the differences. Large building listings and management company listings often use stock photos.

Of course keep in mind that there's widespread use of photo-shopping (adding in furniture and the like). The dumbest offender I've seen was a photo of a (decorative) fireplace complete with a photoshopped roaring fire... talk about false advertising!

New construction: Probably not; Resales: Probably yes.
Rental units where the whole building is for rent: Probably not; Individual condos: Probably yes.
