Discussion about 110 Greenpoint at 110 Green Street in Greenpoint
Beware: 110 Green looks ok, and the apartments aren't bad, but you're paying a lot for a cheaply built place that isn't maintained well. To save costs the swimming pool is kept at a temperature that's too cold to use, the elevators continually break down, and the shared roof space seems to be permanently closed for repairs? Don't waste your money here.
