Rental at 6 Charles Street

A few concerns about this building/apartments. First, it's poorly insulated so you will need external heating units during the winter to stay warm. Next, the super does not live in the building and seems to visit infrequently which means that issues tend to go unfixed for long periods of time. The flooring is very old and quite loud when you walk. On the positive side, the neighborhood is fantastic and the have a new restaurant next door which is amazing (4 Charles). Overall though, it was a disappointing rental experience and certainly not a positive one from my perspective.
