Discussion about 63 Montague Street in Brooklyn Heights
Lots of renter issues at this building. Bathroom mold not be addressed by professionals, heating issues, elevator constantly breaking, landlord attempting to make tenants pay for repairs, etc.

Every renter that has moved out has cited management as the primary reason for moving.
