New luxury rental without amenities

Do any new luxury buildings come without expensive amenities? I'm looking for a nice new building, but without paying for a pool, a gym, three lounges and a handful of other amenities I'll never use. I know NYC real estate is pricey, but it seems like some developers would want to corner the lower end of the luxury market.

How do you define "luxury"?

A lot of luxury buildings make you pay extra to use those amenities anyway--so the rent is what it is--just for the space!

Agreed CCL3. Ever since "poor doors" were banned developers had good reason to shift amenity fees out of base rent.
