PLEASE be advised, in the past the management company refuses to renew the lease on this unit and does not give a reason for it. If you are renting this unit we would like to warn you beforehand that the very large broker fee will go to waste as you will not be allowed to renew and will need to move (the last tenants were told it was due to the building owners' decision to renovate or sell the apartment, but this was less than 1 month ago and no changes were made - it was a lie)
