Downtown seems weak. Anyone see it in the longer term buildings? Related, Glenwood, etc

Weak is not what I would call the current market. I would say things are re-balancing; crap needs to be priced accordingly, mediocre properties are taking more time to sell with traditional negotiations and the'A' list homes that hit on all cylinders are moving quickly in many cases still attracting multiple bids.

That said we were absolutely slammed prior to Memorial day. Things really cooled post MD, lets see where this goes.
