Discussion about 277 Eastern Parkway in Crown Heights
Before renting here, or anywhere else, look up the building and landlord's history. Do they have a lot of violations? If so, it is an indication of what your experience will be like. I wish I had done this before renting here. I would have avoided a really traumatic 9 months and negative interactions with a dishonest landlord.
