Discussion about 250 East Houston at 250 East Houston Street in East Village
All of the old tenants left given the all day long construction over most of the building and insane increases in rent (don't be confused, the old rent $ amounts on SE are very real). I would not recommend this building.

The best thing about a free market is that it's exactly that - free. If their prices are uncompetitive, pass and move on!

Not sure how they want top $ rents to live in an all day construction zone for the next year+ without any amenities.
