Every tenant whose lease is up has moved out of this building in the past few months. There was no hot water for months this winter, the elevator was out completely for 6 weeks and now only works intermittently. There are mice and roaches. The plumbing is a disaster. Management is creepy and weird. The real estate agent is a liar and basically steals 15% of your yearly rent as a fee for doing nothing. Don't be fooled by the great location. You don't want to live here.

Annnnd it's rented, at a $400 increase over 3 years no less . . .
