Does anyone know anything about 388 Bridge Street in Brooklyn? I'm looking to rent a unit there, but given the size of the building there seems to be surprisingly little information beyond the PR materials provided when the building was opening. Any information would be appreciated.

If you search the sales listings you will see comments on the building concerning the condo sales. It's a mixed use building, including market rate rentals, condos, and low income rentals. You have to share the amenities with everyone, so be prepared for some odd looking people hanging around in the common spaces.

Those condo owners certainly can be a strange crowd.
